Boat Party:
Saturday June 26th-Leave at 7:30pm from Just for Fun (next to Carlos
and Charlie's). Food and beverage provided. Feel
free to bring your own glowsticks. All Huns and their
dates/sisters/nannies are invited. The price is $20 cash to
Pork Chop at the dock. Last year we almost filled the boats.
Blood
Drive
As
you know, Bloodfest is so named to promote awareness for The
Blood
Center
of Central Texas. To that end we are hosting a blood drive.
The BCCT
has a
new system that allows us to set goals and track our donations.
It's not too late! If you haven't yet donated blood, or you got deferred for some transitory problem, go on your lunch hour or something like that. Full info.  Querétaro
Wears Huns Jerseys
Querétaro
Rugby Club (Querétaro, Mexico) needed jerseys, and the Huns
were retiring a set of jerseys. So now Querétaro
wears Huns colors. And no doubt much of the Huns spirit is
rubbing off on the torsos of the members of our brother club.
As
you look as these photos of their first 7s
tournament wearing the Huns jerseys, you'll notice that we left a few
tries in the jerseys for them.Successful
Bikes for Kids
About
50 Huns, along with other folks distributed about 800 bikes at Bikes
for Kids
this year. We were the muscle, while local radio personalities JB and
Sandy and all the sponsors you'll see at the link came up with the
bikes. And Whataburger makes surprisingly good breakfast
tacos. PLAYERS
